The music is yours — genuinely
Every song offered here is released under CC0 1.0, which places it in the public domain as far as the law allows.
You may perform it, record it, broadcast it, stream it, rewrite the words, change the key, sample it, print the charts, put the lyrics on a screen, use it in a service, a video, a podcast or an album — including commercially.
You need not pay, register, ask, credit anyone, or report it to CCLI. There is no licence to sign because there is nothing to license.
Credit is welcome and never required. If it is useful to your church, it has done its job.
These songs are made with AI as the session band, which is stated plainly across the site. Because the law on AI-made work is still unsettled in places, some of this material may never have been protected by copyright at all — CC0 is used so that the question never has to be your problem. Either way the answer is the same: use it freely.
What is not covered: this site's own design, code and photographs, and the KJV text itself, which is in the public domain in the United States and under Crown copyright in the United Kingdom.

Everything here is provided as is. Reasonable care is taken that the files are what they say they are and that the site works, but nothing is guaranteed: not that it will be available, nor that a file is free of defects, nor that it suits any particular purpose. You use it at your own risk, and to the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from that use. Scan what you download, as you should with anything from the internet.
Other people's sites
Links point to services not run by us — streaming platforms, file hosts, social networks. What they do is governed by their terms and their privacy policies, not these.
Fair use of the site
Please don't attack it, break into it, or hammer it hard enough to spoil it for someone else. Automated bulk downloading is the one thing that meaningfully costs anything here. If you want the whole catalogue for a legitimate reason, ask at help@douglasyates.rocks and it can be arranged.
